Alibaug is a coastal town in Raigad District within the Konkan region of Maharashtra, India. It is located about 300 km south of Mumbai. Tourism could be the main highlight for this small town. The water with this beach is cleaner and sparkling white with healthy environment.
Saswane Beach: Saswane beach is mostly about 20 Km from Alibaug S.T. Depot. The best part concerning of this place is its calmness and peace. Nothing can beat this kind of peaceful atmosphere when you need just to relax your system and soul. Another attraction for this place may be the bungalow of famous sculptor Late Mr. Karmarkar, where his originals are on display.
Nagoan Beach: The beach can also be referred to as Satad beach. The main attractions of the beach would be the cypress groves. The best season to see this beach is October to May. There are a large number of amenities of eatables and accommodation provided by the locals.
Murud Beach: it really is surrounded on three sides by mountains. The water here is clear blue and clean. The sunset out of this beach is breath-taking. The beach is the best and safe for ocean bath. The cypress grove, Palace of Nawab, Buildings of Nawab's on beach is the most important places of interest.
